Abstract

Information warfare has emerged as a central feature of modern political and security landscapes. Governments and non-state actors increasingly use digital technologies, media platforms, and artificial intelligence to shape public perception, control narratives, and suppress dissent. This article examines how information ecosystems are manipulated through propaganda, algorithmic control, and strategic communication. It highlights the implications for democracy, freedom of expression, and societal stability.
