Consortium Publisher, under the auspices of ICDTD Inc., Canada, is committed to disseminating high-quality, peer-reviewed scientific knowledge across disciplines. We invite submissions from researchers, scientists, healthcare professionals, and academic scholars that demonstrate originality, scientific rigor, and relevance to contemporary scientific discourse.
All manuscripts must be prepared in accordance with internationally recognized ethical and editorial guidelines including those from the ICMJE, COPE, WAME, and CONSORT, where applicable. The following instructions are intended to standardize submissions and ensure efficient peer review and publication.
1. Scope of Manuscripts
We publish the following categories of scholarly work:
- Original Research Articles
- Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses
- Clinical Studies and Case Reports
- Short Communications
- Editorials and Commentaries
- Letters to the Editor
- Technical Reports and Protocols
Articles must align with the aims and scope of the respective journal and offer novel scientific contributions.
2. Manuscript Structure and Content
Title Page
- Title: Specific, concise, and informative
- Author(s): Full names, institutional affiliations, ORCID iDs
- Corresponding Author: Name, full postal address, email, and phone
Abstract and Keywords
- Abstract: 250 words max; structured format for original articles (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion)
- Keywords: 4–6 MeSH-compliant terms
Main Sections for Research Articles:
- Introduction: Clearly state the problem, research objective, and background
- Materials and Methods: Detailed methodology including study design, experimental protocols, ethical approvals, and statistical tools used
- Results: Data presentation with figures/tables and statistical significance
- Discussion: Interpretation, comparison with literature, limitations, and future directions
- Conclusion: Summary of findings and implications

- Acknowledgments
- Author Contributions (CRediT taxonomy recommended)
- Conflict of Interest Statement
- Funding Statement
- Ethical Approval (e.g., IRB/IACUC references)
3. Manuscript Formatting and Submission Standards
- Language: English (British or American, consistently used)
- File Type: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
- Spacing: 1.5 line spacing, standard margins
- Page and Line Numbers: Mandatory
- Figures/Tables: Numbered, high-resolution (300 dpi min), captioned appropriately, submitted in separate files (TIFF, JPEG, or EPS)
4. References and Citations
Vancouver Style (ICMJE Standard)
The Vancouver citation format follows the standards set by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE). This style is mandatory for manuscripts submitted to the following Consortium Publisher journals:
- Advanced Food and Nutritional Sciences
- Advanced Journal of Biomedical Sciences
- Canadian Journal of Biomedical Sciences
- Journal of Applied Molecular Cell Biology
- Journal of Applied Pharmacy
Vancouver Format Guidelines
- References are numbered sequentially in square brackets (e.g., [1], [2], [3]) as they appear in the text.
- The reference list must appear in numerical order at the end of the manuscript.
- Avoid using superscript or author-date formats in this style.
- Journal names should be abbreviated according to Index Medicus/MEDLINE.
- Use et al. in italics after three author names when there are more than six authors.
- Online references must include date of access.
- Use of citation managers like EndNote or Reference Manager (v5 or later) is encouraged for formatting.

APA Style (7th Edition)
The APA referencing format is governed by the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association. This style is recommended for the following Consortium Publisher journals:

APA Format Guidelines
- In-text citation: (Author, Year)
- Reference list should be in alphabetical order by the last name of the first author.
- Use of DOI or URL is essential for digital sources.
- Author names: list up to 20 authors before using et al.
- Italicize journal names and book titles.

5. Ethical and Scientific Integrity
All submissions must adhere to:
- ICMJE guidelines for authorship and manuscript preparation
- COPE standards for publication ethics
- WAME policies on conflict of interest and data transparency
- Ethical approval and informed consent must be documented for all human or animal studies
Plagiarism, data falsification, duplicate publication, and unethical research practices are strictly prohibited and will result in rejection and notification to relevant institutional authorities.
6. Authorship and Contributions
All listed authors must meet authorship criteria defined by the ICMJE. Contributors must describe individual roles using the CRediT taxonomy. Authorship changes post-submission must be approved by all authors and justified in writing.
7. Peer Review Process
Consortium Publisher employs a double-blind peer review system to ensure objectivity, anonymity, and scientific merit. Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the subject area. Final decisions are rendered by the editorial board based on reviewers’ evaluations and the scientific quality of the submission.

9. Article Processing Charges (APCs)
Consortium Publisher supports open access publishing. Article Processing Charges (APCs) of $300 may apply and vary by journal. For details and waiver options for low- and middle-income countries (LMICs), please refer to individual journal policies or contact the editorial office.
10. Copyright and Licensing
Authors retain full copyright to their work. All open-access articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License, allowing unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction provided the original work is properly cited.
11. Post-Publication Policies
- Corrections, Errata, and Retractions: Published in accordance with COPE best practices
- Sharing and Archiving: Authors may archive the final version in institutional repositories and platforms such as PubMed Central, ResearchGate, or Google Scholar
- Indexing and Discoverability: Articles are indexed in appropriate academic databases and repositories
